Ordering was simple enough, deliver took slightly longer than I had hope but communcation was clear with emails etc. the delivery driver Mark was a superstar, he called the night before to confirm early morning deliver which was super useful. The mirror itself is as described. Beautifully large with a stunning frame. I have given 4 stars as the backing to the mirror is very flimsy and bulging outwards. Other than that I love this mirror and have recommended to friends.
