We use our own dedicated hand-delivery service rather than third-party couriers. Every one of our drivers is trained to handle products of a fragile nature with the utmost care.

For our smaller items, we occasionally use UPS to provide a reliable, tracked and efficient delivery.

If there's no safe spot, we'll reschedule your delivery for the next available route to your area once your order has returned back to our warehouse. We'll reach out within 24-48 hours to inform you about your first delivery attempt.
Our driver will typically be able to allow time for a brief physical condition check on our item(s). Please do ensure this check is quick enough to allow our driver to continue on schedule to his remaining delivery customers.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your items will be dispatched as they become available in line with the lead time for your delivery area.
This means that in-stock items may be delivered separately from pre-order items to avoid unnecessary delays.
If your order includes a free gift alongside a pre-order item, the free gift will be delivered together with your pre-order once the item becomes available.
Should you wish to exchange your order, this service is free up to 60 days of your order being received. Should the product you wish to exchange to be higher in price than the initial product on your order, the difference in price will be requested by our customer support team. Should the product you wish to exchange to be lower in price than the initial product on your order, an exchange will be carried out.
Once the initial product is returned back to our warehouse, the difference in price will be refunded back to you as soon as possible. Please note your first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges which are not a result of a product being faulty are charged at a fixed fee of €20.00.

The fittings required for wall mounting will depend on your wall type. For solid walls, a pair of standard 2-3" screws drilled directly into the wall with wall plugs will be sufficient for the mirror to hang in place as required.
You may require additional fittings to wall-mount heavier items if you have a non-solid wall type. We recommend a product called 'Gripit'; these will allow you to wall-mount items far in excess of the weight of our mirrors into non-solid walls.
Please ensure you do not use wire to hang to hang your mirror as this will cause immediate damage to your item(s) and will void your warranty.
Furniture items that require assembly will be clearly stated within the product description on the product page.
If assembly is required, any relevant information or instructions for the product will be provided in the box upon delivery.
Yes, once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link to schedule your fitting or assembly service with our trusted partner, TaskRabbit.

will contact you by telephone to arrange collection.
Please keep your packaging until you have confirmed you are 100% happy with your order. Returns of products without their full original packaging, or packaging that is no longer in a resaleable condition, will be subject to a repackaging fee. The condition of your item and packaging will be assessed using images provided via email, and checked again by your William Wood Dedicated Delivery Driver upon collection, before any refund is issued.
