Should you wish to exchange your order, this service is free up to 60 days of your order being received. Should the product you wish to exchange to be higher in price than the initial product on your order, the difference in price will be requested by our customer support team. The fittings required for wall mounting will depend on your wall type. For solid walls, a pair of standard 2-3" screws drilled directly into the wall with wall plugs will be sufficient for the mirror to hang in place as required.
You may require additional fittings to wall-mount heavier items if you have a non-solid wall type. We recommend a product called 'Gripit'; these will allow you to wall-mount items far in excess of the weight of our mirrors into non-solid walls.
Please ensure you do not use wire to hang to hang your mirror as this will cause immediate damage to your item(s) and will void your warranty.
Furniture items that require assembly will be clearly stated within the product description on the product page.
If assembly is required, any relevant information or instructions for the product will be provided in the box upon delivery.
Yes, once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link to schedule your fitting or assembly service with our trusted partner, TaskRabbit.

Please keep your packaging until you have confirmed you are 100% happy with your order. Great mirror and fast delivery
The completely irregular shape of the mirror makes it harder to align to something else, probably good to put it on a large piece of paper and draw a rectangle around it. If something it would be nice if there would be a paper with some of the dimensions that would make it easier to align it. Overall a wonderful mirror with a really great finish and the shape definitely makes it stand out!
This mirror arrived yesterday, a few weeks after ordering but within the expected timeframe that was stated when placing the order. It seems to be very well made and is quite heavy for a smallish mirror. It isn’t up yet but looks perfect for the space it has been purchased for.
William Wood are second to none in their customer service and communication. I have been kept up to date every step of the way with clear instructions on what to expect. Also a great delivery service again with communication and time frames on when to expect delivery. This also includes an exchange that I made on a different product.
Throughout this process I have felt that I was in good hands and dealing with a company that cares very much about the service and quality they provide and that has definitely been the case. They also have some great offers on so it’s worth checking them out on a regular basis.
I think if I were to add anything else, it would just be for them to add a couple of screws to their orders so that you have everything you need.
