This is now my 4th mirror purchase from William Wood. I have been impressed with the quality of every mirror received and this one is no exception. This mirror compliments the Fenetra mirror quite nicely, which I also have at the other end of the hall.
While I cannot fault the mirrors, the lack of flexibility of the delivery service remains my only gripe. I would actually pay more just to be able to use a third party courier that can guarantee delivery when I’m in. Sadly, if you miss a delivery from William Wood it can be 1-2 weeks before your next delivery slot. The couriers are nice and friendly and certainly keep you updated, but it would be a welcome addition to be able to use someone like DPD if you needed it on your own terms, especially suitable for shift workers.

If I'm being honest I'd never heard of William Wood before but liked the look of their products. I bought this mirror to finish off my living room. It was the finishing touch and I'm so pleased with it! Good quality and looks brilliant. The correspondence from the Dave the delivery driver was great, calling to let me know he'd be slightly late (which wasn't an issue) and he was very friendly.
