I was really impressed with my first order from William Wood, which was for a mirror. The mirror itself is beautiful — very well-made, excellent quality, and exactly as described. I’m really happy with it.
The customer service was also outstanding. I received regular email updates about the dispatch and delivery, along with personal text messages from the delivery driver updating me on his location and exact arrival time. This made it easy to ensure someone was home to receive the item.

Not bad….quality control is shocking!!! Marks on the glass (scratches)…..and the rear could be made better.(maybe plywood instead of plastic which is lifting away from the back.

I love my new mirror it is very good quality looks amazing in my hall every one who comes in mentions the lovely mirror. I was sceptical of ordering a mirror on line but William wood exceeded my expectations. I was kept in touch with delivery and the service. I am very happy and would highly recommend.

Ordered the mirror last week and it arrived on Monday. Very happy with the quality and the way it looks. It's been hung horizontally on the dining room and fits right in with the redisign we are doing.
Due to the weight (which is a good thing), I drilled 2 holes into the load bearing wall and fitted the mirror onto L screws.
I'll definitely be coming here agin for other mirrors!
