Should you wish to exchange your order, this service is free up to 60 days of your order being received. The fittings required for wall mounting will depend on your wall type. For solid walls, a pair of standard 2-3" screws drilled directly into the wall with wall plugs will be sufficient for the mirror to hang in place as required.
You may require additional fittings to wall-mount heavier items if you have a non-solid wall type. We recommend a product called 'Gripit'; these will allow you to wall-mount items far in excess of the weight of our mirrors into non-solid walls.
Please ensure you do not use wire to hang to hang your mirror as this will cause immediate damage to your item(s) and will void your warranty.
Furniture items that require assembly will be clearly stated within the product description on the product page.
If assembly is required, any relevant information or instructions for the product will be provided in the box upon delivery.
Yes, once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link to schedule your fitting or assembly service with our trusted partner, TaskRabbit.

Please keep your packaging until you have confirmed you are 100% happy with your order.
