Should you wish to exchange your order, this service is free up to 60 days of your order being received. The fittings required for wall mounting will depend on your wall type. For solid walls, a pair of standard 2-3" screws drilled directly into the wall with wall plugs will be sufficient for the mirror to hang in place as required.
You may require additional fittings to wall-mount heavier items if you have a non-solid wall type. We recommend a product called 'Gripit'; these will allow you to wall-mount items far in excess of the weight of our mirrors into non-solid walls.
Please ensure you do not use wire to hang to hang your mirror as this will cause immediate damage to your item(s) and will void your warranty.
Furniture items that require assembly will be clearly stated within the product description on the product page.
If assembly is required, any relevant information or instructions for the product will be provided in the box upon delivery.
Yes, once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link to schedule your fitting or assembly service with our trusted partner, TaskRabbit.

Please keep your packaging until you have confirmed you are 100% happy with your order. The mirror, Luciana- full length Arched Concrete, I bought and is absolutely gorgeous mirror. Its concrete colour is perfect and goes well with my interior. Very happy with my purchase. Also the delivery was surprisingly very quick and the mirror was beautifully packaged especially from the edges. I placed this order on 28th of November and it was delivered on the 30th of November. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this item.
Absolutely love it, has a slight pilates studio feel about it and makes my bedroom feel so peaceful. The person I had fitting it said that due to the weight of the mirror, it would be better to place it on top of the skirting board. Might be good to keep this in mind if considering buying.

From ordering to delivery to the product itself, this company could not do more to make their service more seamless. The description of the Luciana full-length mirror is accurate and it looks just as good in person as it does on the website. On ordering, I got an immediate notification that there would be a slight delay to receive the product but I had the option to cancel if I wished. I then received regular updates on when I could expect my order until my product was ready to ship. William Wood has its own delivery people, so you get a date of when your delivery will take place with the driver's name. The driver then notifies you of his expected arrival (2-hour window). He arrived bang on time!
The mirror was well-packed with the corners protected. Wall mounts are in place if needed. I have mine leaning against a wall and it looks great.
